All claims for loss, damage or delay must be filed within twenty (20) days following the date of delivery or the date on which delivery should have occurred .
Under normal circumstances, we will provide you with a solution within 60 days.
Taxes and Duties
If you choose to send from China, the seller will be responsible for paying taxes. When the goods are delivered to you, you do not need to pay any customs duties.

I bought this unit wanting Carplay in my 2018 Jaguar XE. It exceeded all expectations! Only thing is, I would recommend putting a manual or installation instructions in the box it ships in. I, however, have moderate tech skills so I was able to install this with little to no trouble. I'll attach a youtube video that I used for reference. Please note, the video is used for Jaguar F-Pace, but only difference is the location of all of the infotainment equipment (which is under the driver seat of the f-pace) where as in the Jaguar, it is located directly behind the 8" screen. All in all, very satisfied with this product!

Thank you for your suggestions and videos, it is very important to us. We have prepared installation instructions, which will be included in the new order package.
The unit is good once, you get the right installation information from China. Settings for dip-switch were wrong. No real installation instructions were available. Came with a defective video cable made the install an exercise in futility.
Waited another week for the replacement cable, instead of overnighting it.
Need better quality control!!

Nothing like performing a second installation.
Total install should have taken 1 hour if everything was as it should have been.
Was easy to install and get working! The instructions were a bit sparse but the team was more than helpful in getting me enough to get it going. There seems to be some ways to get some items working a bit more in tune with the car like the back up camera and the steering wheel controls, but I haven't ventured down that path just yet. That would be the only caveat to this being perfect for what I needed.
At first I was skeptical that I would be up to the task of installing it. But I have to say the installation was easier than I planned, I did a quick install according to the installation instructions they provided. I have Android Auto in my car and love it! Although sometimes the connection is a bit problematic, the complete and perfect functions have made me very happy. I recommend it!
